The Corporate Policy & Strategy Division of NASSCORP has the principal responsibility to develop innovative strategies and policies for improved corporate governance and service delivery.
The following are specific functions of the division:
- To assist each division to develop work plan and create a standardized format for reporting across the Corporation;
- To take lead on the Corporation's semiannual and annual reports for both the fiscal year and calendar year;
- To propose policy reforms and measures to management and advise on global social security policy change and trend to keep the Corporation up-to-date with new innovations and new strategies underpinning corporate governance and service delivery.
