The Division of Public Information, Education & Training (PIET) of NASSCORP has the principal responsibility to design, supervise and conduct employees' training needs and provide education to the general public on the National Social Security Schemes. The division is headed by an Assistant Director General (ADG) and has the following specific functions:
- Create awareness and educate the public about the Schemes;
- Promote the Corporation's image and services to the public;
- Strengthen the human resource capacity of the Corporation through staff development and skills training; and
- Inform employers and employees about their responsibilities and benefits under the National Social Security Schemes.
The Division is made up of the following departments:
- Public Affairs Department
- Public Education Department
- Training Department
