GSA & OTHERS COMMEND NASSCORP

The General Services Agency (GSA) and two community-based organizations have lauded the National Social Security & Welfare Corporation (NASSCORP) for providing them assistance. The two community-based organizations are the Richards & Coleman Family Foundation, Inc. headquartered in the United States of America and the Joe Bar Community of Paynesville City, Liberia.

The commendations were contained in separate letters of appreciation addressed to the Director General of NASSCORP, Dewitt vonBallmoos, by the organizations.

GSA, through its Director General Mary T. Broh, expressed appreciation for the US$ 10,000.00 donated to the agency by NASSCORP and indicated that the donation had made it possible for the agency to purchase four(4) mobile toilets which would be used primarily for Executive Meetings, State Functions, and Cabinet Retreats.

“We are grateful for your generosity, your trust, and most importantly your commitment to our mission” the letter continued. The letter noted that sponsorship was a great marketing initiative which had promoted NASSCORP as a corporate social responsibility champion in Liberia’s corporate and social environment. “Once more thank you, and we look forward to your continued support,”

The GSA letter concluded.

For its part, the Richards & Coleman Family Foundation, Inc. thanked NASSCORP for the donation of US$5,000.00 which enabled the foundation to furnish the Christian A. Richards Elementary School, Clay-Ashland City, Liberia. The foundation indicated that without NASSCORP’s assistance, it would not have been able to achieve “this most important need, to allow the youngest citizens of the city of Clay-Ashland to have a safe and healthy environment in which to obtain their education.”

“Thanks again for helping us take the children and teachers from the floors to some dignity, and we ask God’s continuous blessings upon you and your entity, for willing to always be of assistance to those in need,”

The Richards & Coleman Family Foundation’s letter concluded.

Writing on behalf of Joe Bar Community of Paynesville City, Rev. Isaac Boe Doe expressed thanks and appreciation to the Board of Directors, the Director General, and Staff of NASSCORP for the contribution of anti-Ebola materials for the community’s residents. Rev. Boe Doe hoped that God would bless and prosper every individual connected to “this noble entity”.

NASSCORP has been receiving a round of praises for its humanitarian and financial assistance to needy individuals, communities, and government agencies, with the latest coming from the Paynesville City Corporation.
